Nigeria Volleyball Team Comes Short in Continental Women Club Championship

Nigeria Customs Service started their campaign in the 37th edition of the  Women’s African Volleyball Club Championship on a losing note.

Customs slumped to a  0 to 3 sets loss to Kenya Pipeline Volleyball Club in a game played today in Cairo Egypt.

The Nigerian ladies will hope to bounce back from the opening group C loss tomorrow when they face Saint Dennis Olympique of La Reunion.

Custom’s last group game is against Cameroonian side Mayo Kane Evolution this Sunday.

The championship field has been divided into 4 groups with top two teams qualifying for the next stage.
